Time is very important in critical situations. For example with a phone call the dispatcher needs 3-5 minutes to process an alert. Meanwhile with the SOS button it takes 10 seconds. A dispatcher instantly gets the geolocation coordinates of the app user and even additional information about the incident.

We have being using the My Police system for about half a year and have already seen positive results. On average it helped us to reduce the time to accept a call by 37%. The web interface is user-friendly, everything is clear and can be understood in minutes. For the first time we have feedback from the public. Assessments on the performance of our officers now helps us optimize our personnel assets. It helps us reveal weak points and as a result we have started a training program.
